Mr. Chai Guohan, the Chief Engineer of NSC, met with experts from Japan-China Economic Association Beijing Office in the morning of 28 Feburary 2017. Both sides exchanged ideas in the state of affairs after the Fukushima nuclear accident, the status on nuclear energy development of both countries, as well as the progress on nuclear safety law in China, etc.
